MODES-Terminal is a data collection console for tracking and submitting changes in system conditions across electric power networks. Developed by Monitor Electric CJSC (ZAO "Monitor Electric"), it gives operators, planners, and analysts a single point to record and validate updates such as equipment status changes, topology modifications, measurement substitutions, operating limits, outages, and switching actions. Every entry is timestamped, checked against the system model, and preserved in a complete audit trail. Confirmed changes are then published to the MODES suite and other enterprise systems through configurable interfaces.
